NE Accountability Project

Just a couple handful of examples in NE include: 

• Jim Pillen refuses to meet with Nebraskans but provides different excuses over email for why his Child Protective Services (CPS) has failed to do anything about NE children living & spending time with child abusers, sex offenders & child molesters. 
• Judge Vaughn (promoted to Supreme Court by Jim Pillen) provided child custody to Henry Karpf - with 4 protection orders issued against him for domestic abuse & physical abuse, plus sexual assault of minors. Vaughn was promoted shortly after a complaint was filed with the Council for Discipline. 
• James Buchanan was promoted by Pillen to County Court after personally hearing a child disclose sexual assault to a judge, which the judge failed to address. Buchanan told Sunset Hills Elementary School principal Michelle Patterson to not believe the child's disclosure to another adult. Buchanan was appointed shortly after a Council for Discipline complaint was filed against him. 
• Omaha City Council Member Aimee Melton provided my email to her (to a City Council email address) to Omaha attorney Dennis Whelan - which is highly unethical to misuse a public position for private purposes. 
• Dennis Whelan requested the head of the Child Victims Unit with the Omaha Police Department (Sgt Kilawee) testify in court against the interests of children who had been sexually assaulted, instead of investigating the assault. 
• Judge Bataillon in Douglas County said he does not care what the law is, sentencing me to 30 days in jail for not paying child support to a child molester, despite evidence of payment provided to the court. Bataillon also said on the record he doesn't know what Supreme Court rules are. 
• Westside Schools in Omaha banned me from school property, denied me the ability to speak at board meetings, and prevented me from attending my children's activities, because I blew the whistle on the school allowing a child molester to teach after school clubs. 
• Judges Bataillon & Vaughn in Omaha called the Douglas County sheriff's office on me twice for things I didn't do. Once Bataillon accused me of recording a court hearing that I didn't do, and Vaughn tried to paint me as the perpetrator for Henry Karpf taking pictures of naked children. 
• In the Kearney area, a court and CPS would not stop two children from being around a sex offender, despite this violating terms of release. Police retaliated against the father who raised concerns about the children's safety. 
• A mother who no longer lives in Lancaster County is still fighting to get her child's custody case moved to a jurisdiction where the family lives, but Lincoln attorney Hal Anderson & temporary Judge Colborn refused to allow the case to be moved to the correct jurisdiction so the children can be protected from starvation & abuse.
• Both Omaha and Lincoln police arrested parents solely because attorneys or ex spouses told them to, with no cause for arrest. This is a waste of taxpayer dollars & a violation of Constitutional rights.
